07 - 1 banana, sliced into thick rounds
08 - 8 apple wedges
09 - 12 mini pretzels
10 - 8 digestive biscuits, halved
11 - 8 large marshmallows
# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth using a hand mixer or whisk.
02 - Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat until fully incorporated.
03 - In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
04 - Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, form the mixture into 8 equal-sized balls.
05 - Roll each ball evenly in desiccated coconut to create a snowball appearance.
06 - Place the coconut-coated balls on a large serving platter.
07 - Surround the snowballs with prepared dippers: strawberries, banana slices, apple wedges, pretzels, biscuits, and marshmallows.
08 - Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours before serving to enhance flavors.
